Wedding Cake and Dessert Table Information
* Do you offer wedding cake tastings? We currently offer wedding cake tasting boxes that can be arranged to be picked up in the Portland area or at our kitchen in Sebago. Tasting Boxes are $40 and can either be 6 flavors of cake or 3 cake flavors and 3 dessert choices (one flavor of each). We also require at least a $750 minimum wedding order for all tastings.
* Do you deliver? Yes, we do offer delivery for all weddings with a minimum of $750 for all delivery (not including delivery costs)
* Do you require a deposit for wedding cakes or desserts? Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable first payment and returned contract to save your date. We do not save dates without these.
*Do you require minimums for desserts? Yes we require a minimum of 2 Dozen per dessert per flavor

Specialty Cake and Dessert Order Information
How far in advance do I place an order? We require at least one week in advance for all specialty cake orders.
Is a deposit required to place an order? We require cakes and dessert orders to paid in full two weeks before the event.
Do you deliver? We offer delivery only for weddings and large events.

Product Information
How long do your product last? Our product is made fresh daily, and will last a few days but it is always best to enjoyed as soon as you can.
Do you ship your products? We can ship whoopie pies and pops.
Do you offer nut or gluten free products? Yes, we do offer gluten free and allergen free products, made to order.
How do I store my cake? If you are using the cake the same day, no refrigeration is required. But if you have picked up the day before your event, the cake needs to be stored in a refrigerator or cold temperature. Cupcakes can remain at room temperature.

What type of frosting do you use on your cakes? We use traditional buttercream
What about themes or characters on my cake? We are an all custom bakery and can typically do most request.
How much do custom cakes cost? All our cakes are custom and pricing can vary. Please contact us with your ideas and we can give you pricing.
